TICKET & CHECK-IN
INFORMATION:

Ticket receipt under 'HAG Pursuits LLC' in email used to purchase tickets.  Receipt not required for check-in.  Please have Ticketholder name and amount purchased for check-in.  This is the name under the card used for the ticket purchase.

SECURITY POLICY:

For the safety of our guests and staff, we will conduct a brief security check at the entrance.

We are specifically looking for weapons or other potentially dangerous items. Bags or containers larger than a clutch may be subject to a brief visual inspection using a flashlight. If an item appears to conceal something potentially dangerous, staff may use a tool to check the area without handling or removing your personal belongings.

We will never reach into, remove, or handle the contents of your personal items. We respect your privacy and will keep the security check as brief and unobtrusive as possible.

If you are wearing a winter coat, we kindly ask that you remove it before entering the theatre. You may put it back on once inside. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us keep our comedy shows safe, comfortable, and fun for everyone!

Disruptive conduct, including heckling, talking loudly or intentionally interfering with the show, is not permitted. If a guest is disrupting the performance, please notify the nearest staff member. Staff will notify the Producer or designated show manager, who will address the situation as appropriate.
