On Thurs, April 16, the Black Heron Lounge welcomes stand-up comedy! An all local lineup of stand ups brings the heat for April's Fools. This show will have comics bringing their 'A' game; it is the month of fools month after all.
Come grab a drink from The Black Heron's eclectic & delicious menu, start laughing from the first joke & keep laughing all the way through. Durango’s stand up scene has been growing fast... and this showcase is packed with performers who have put in the work and crafted some truly great sets for you all. Our scene is rooted in supportive community, however, Durango's little creative scene is frequently one of the best places to get stand up comedy and we receive rave reviews about our local comics from stand-up frequent audience members. These are locals getting f*ckin laughs, folks.
These comics are funny, creative, and completely unafraid to get weird, honest, or impolitely self deprecating... whatever vibe makes them unique. For lack of a better phrase: they make the room feel bigger and more fun.
