We’re bringing our first tight 5 local showcase to the Indigo Room Saturday, June 13!  After running open mics around town and hosting a few monthly mics at the Indigo Room, this showcase is our chance to pack the room with local comics doing their strongest five minutes.  No running the light, no exceptions.

Just kidding, we aren't gonna do anything bad.  But, we ARE running a tight ship for this show.  Comics will have no more than five minutes to make the room laugh, and you, the audience, can heckle or boo them if they've gone over our timer.  

Our space June 13th is The Indigo Room in Durango... a beautiful and intimate listening space courtesy of iAMMusic.  This night is about celebrating [and possibly jeering] the comics who have been working, growing, & showing up to give the community a chance to see how much home-grown Durango talent exists. This will be a lively high energy show and a great way to spend a weekend evening.

Durango’s comedy scene has turned into something special, & this showcase shows exactly why. We have comics who can spin wild personal stories, sharp writers who hit with tight punchlines, loose off the cuff performers, and a few who like to push things right to the edge; but they all only have 5 minutes. Everyone is coming in with their best & tightest set, and the mix of voices + styles will keep the night unpredictable in the best way.

Come out and see what the scene has been building. The talent here is real and growing fast and this showcase puts all of it on one stage in one night.
