The tagline says it all: “a comedy show about life...and how it sucks sometimes,” this night of hilarious self-deprecation & stories of misfortune brings together performers who have been shaping Durango’s growing stand up scene through open mics, workshops and community shows.
March Sadness comes to the Durango Arts Center on March 25; This show leans fully into the idea that life can be a mess, but at least we can laugh about it together.
This stand up showcase features an all local lineup of comics who know the ups and downs of living in Durango and are not afraid to poke fun at themselves in the process. The humor is honest, a little confused, and pretty damn relatable. If you have ever felt like you are just trying your best, and still tripping over your own feet, this is the show for you.
They bring real stories, real flaws, a little bit of chaos, and a lot of heart to the stage. March Sadness is the kind of show where you laugh because you recognize yourself in the jokes and you leave feeling a little more giggly than when you walked in.
